Work With Me

Herbal Guidance that Supports You, Body and Soul.

My favorite thing about Susan is that she doesn’t just operate from one system (that she tries to impose on you)— but is attentive and responsive to your individual needs. She’s a wonderful listener. It’s like my wife and I have sessions with two different practicioners. She’s fluid and dynamic and even magical. Just like the plants she recommends.

Depth Sessions with Susan

At this complex time in history, herbs are able to meet you wherever you are. They are most helpful when combined with food, supplementation and behaviors that nourish and suit your individual needs and life-stage. Our work together is directed by your self-awareness, goals and desires for your life and health. I am informed by ancient and traditional wisdom, contemporary literature and science, the human experience and our earth.

As a clinical herbalist, I recognize and respect both the uniqueness and similarities within everyone. It is my great joy to see clients find a greater sense of freedom, authenticity, connection and wonder in their bodies and lives. My practice is educational in nature, rooted in food/nutrition, and centered around deep listening and practical guidance to support the body, mind, heart and soul of a person.

Let’s Work Together

OPTION ONE: A 3-month container that includes 5 sessions

OPTION TWO: A one-time call to focus-in and dive-deep

Herbalists do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure disease. Working with an herbalist is not a substitute for professional medical care.
